PLEASE NOTE: Visiting this page constitutes an
acknowledgment & acceptance of the ensuing policies and procedures in their
ENTIRETY.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A minimum reservation deposit
of $200.00 for each reservation payable by cash, cashier's check, money order,
traveler's checks (U.S. funds), or PayPal. The reservation deposit is applied
against rent, tax & departure cleaning. Stays extending beyond 14 nights
may require additional deposit.
CANCELLATION: The reservation deposit is
non-refundable for any cancellation received fewer than 60 days before
confirmed arrival date. There is a $50.00 charge for cancellation received 60
days or more prior to arrival date. No refunds for early departure. June-Nov,
no refunds for early departure due to potential stormy weather; refunds will be
given only during evacuation mandated by local authorities.
CHANGES: There is a $50.00 charge for modification
of a confirmed reservation.
PAYMENT: Total rent and taxes (currently at 12%) for
entire stay are due and payable (in U.S. funds) upon arrival in the form of
cash, traveler's checks, cashier's check, money order. (Payment by personal
check must be received two (2) weeks prior to occupancy.)
CHECK-IN LOCATION: At the rental location shown in
your confirmation.
CHECK-IN TIME: After 2PM CHECK-OUT: By 10AM
ACCOMMODATIONS: Due to unexpected circumstances, if
designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign
guest to a comparable unit.
PETS: (small dog only under 20#) MAY BE PERMITTED
WITH INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION AND ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS.
LATE ARRIVALS: Accommodated with PRIOR notification.
