Adjacent is a large 425 sq. ft. 1 room studio apartment (#3111) (sleeps 4 persons).

Both units have individual private front decks, separated by a butterfly garden from which to view the beach. These units have recently been totally renovated with new kitchens and baths (tub/shower combinations).

These two units can optionally be combined to form a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen cottage that sleeps ten.

Features include a full size stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher (2 bedroom unit only), cable color TV, radio, private telephone (long distance via credit card only), air conditioning and a shared laundry.
